Job Description
We're seeking a seasoned Staff Product Designer to take on a senior individual contributor role within our Product design team, leading strategically important design initiatives and elevating the craft and output of designers around them.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an individual contributor design role, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS
- AI-first mindset and demonstrable hands-on experience using AI
- Proven track record of leading strategically important design initiatives
- Deep expertise in interaction design and information architecture
- Strong visual design skills to deliver intuitive, engaging product experiences at scale
- Experience operating with significant autonomy
- Demonstrated ability to define and contribute to quality standards, design systems, and design processes
- Highly skilled in conducting user research and building empathy with customers
- Skilled at defining and anticipating metrics to measure design impact
- Strong mentorship instincts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Portfolio of shipped product experiences demonstrating significant impact on business outcomes and customer experience
