Staff Product Designer

Productboard is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join their team in Dublin, Prague, or London. The successful candidate will be a seasoned designer with 6+ years of experience, an AI-first mindset, and a proven track record of leading design initiatives that have had a measurable impact on company-level outcomes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design, as well as strong mentorship instincts and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an individual contributor design role
• AI-first mindset and demonstrable hands-on experience using AI
• Proven track record of leading strategically important design initiatives
• Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• Experience operating with significant autonomy
• Demonstrated ability to define and contribute to quality standards, design systems, and design processes
• Highly skilled in conducting user research and building empathy with customers
• Skilled at defining and anticipating metrics to measure design impact
• Strong mentorship instincts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
