Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Staff Product Designer to join our Product design team and take on a senior individual contributor role. You will be a strategic force, identifying and defining important initiatives across the organization, and elevating the craft and output of the designers around you.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an individual contributor design role, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS
- AI-first mindset and demonstrable hands-on experience using AI
- Proven track record of leading strategically important design initiatives
- Deep expertise in interaction design and information architecture
- Strong visual design skills
- Experience operating with significant autonomy
- Demonstrated ability to define and contribute to quality standards
- Highly skilled in conducting user research and building empathy with customers
