As an HR System Solution Architect Senior, you will lead the design and implementation of PNC's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platform, drive the Workday roadmap, and mentor HRIS colleagues. You will work in a collaborative environment to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that enhance user experience and deliver measurable value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
- Expertise in at least one major Workday module (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Learning)
- Deep knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes, reporting, and security
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into elegant Workday solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and a passion for quality, accuracy, and operational excellence
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring others
