As a Lead Teller at PNC, you will coach, mentor, and lead tellers to deliver a unique customer experience, identifying banking opportunities and referring customers as appropriate. You will process customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives, and perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. You will also assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
