As a Regional Sales Leader within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in our Austin Market. You will be responsible for coaching team members on skills needed to analyze, evaluate and mitigate risk, leading the team on credit requests, motivating and developing team members, and monitoring progress against individual goals.
