Job Description
Podium is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to manage the initial implementation and onboarding of new customers. Requirements
- Must speak fluent English
- Available for onsite work in Guatemala City (estimated by Jan/Feb 2025)
- Bachelor's degree in business or similar field
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce
