Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, including end-to-end automation design, lead lifecycle management, and campaign operations.
- Strong conceptual grasp of B2B SaaS marketing funnels — how MQLs become pipeline, how pipeline becomes revenue, and where the friction typically lives.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce required) and integrating marketing data across systems.
- Comfort with data: building reports, interpreting funnel metrics, and turning analysis into action.
- Experience applying AI or automation tools to real marketing problems — not just familiarity, but actual implementation.
