Implementation Specialist

Points North is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Twin Cities metro team. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful delivery of our technology to our construction clients. You will internally advocate for and articulate client needs gleaned during implementation processes in addition to externally translating the value of our technology to system users, senior executives and day-to-day operation managers.

Requirements

• Configure systems on behalf of customers
• Run user training sessions
• Scope data integration and product needs, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation
• Track time on projects and hold clients accountable, within their SLA or SOW
• Document all client communication in our CRM
• Set, communicate, and manage project plans and execute to expected timeline
• Clearly capture and articulate client needs to influence product features
• Develop an understanding of our partners’ systems, and build relationships with partner contacts and implementation specialists
• Become a SME on our products to set client expectations, including understanding how our solutions can be used to help our clients
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
• Drive and accelerate user adoption by advising clients on product features
• Meet internal goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
