Job Description
Rocket Engine Flow Simulation Engineer to perform CFD simulations for liquid rocket engines and support the design of combustion chambers, nozzles, and cooling structures through numerical analysis.
Requirements
- Degree in Space Engineering, Aerospace Engineering (M.Sc.) or similar
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience
- Strong background in CFD, particularly for compressible flow, supersonic flow, hot gas flow conjugated heat transfer, cryogenic flow, reactive flows in rocket engines
- Profound understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer
- Profound understanding of cooling channel design
- Proactive thinking, high level of motivation, flexibility, and team-working skills
- Proficiency in both German and English
