Legal Office Assistant

At Polsinelli, we're seeking an entry-level Legal Office Assistant to support all practice groups and back up the receptionist in our Kansas City office. This is an exciting opportunity for a people person with a keen eye for detail to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and possess strong proofreading and typing skills.
• Ability to professionally communicate with clients, attorneys, and staff, either in person, by telephone, or by email.
