As RevOps Manager, you will bring structure and operational rigor to how revenue is generated and processed across Polygon Labs, ensuring reliable forecasts and informed decisions.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations within a high-growth or complex commercial environment
- Strong experience designing and managing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) as systems of record for deal workflows and pipeline management
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes that improve data quality, deal flow efficiency, and cross-functional alignment
- Experience working closely with Finance, Legal, Product, and GTM teams to operationalize commercial processes
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
- Strong commercial judgment, with experience in payments, fintech, or similarly complex deal structures
