Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in subscription models
- 4+ years of senior leadership experience
- P&L owner's mindset and total bottom-line accountability
- Ability to quantify every action and treat a 1% shift in retention as a critical financial lever
- Technical depth to partner with Product and Engineering to architect infrastructure
- Ability to move fluidly between high-level strategy and granular data
- Proven leader of multi-disciplinary teams with influence on cross-functional roadmaps
