Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience building and deploying complex, multi-channel marketing automation campaigns focused on conversion and sign-ups
- Martech-savvy, understanding the full scope of how martech systems work
- Certifications and/or deep experience with world-class and complex ESP/Marketing Automation platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Data-driven growth mindset, using data to inform decisions and analyze funnel performance
- Highly organized, skilled at prioritizing a high-volume workload, and take full accountability for hitting enrollment targets
