Pomelo Care is seeking a Paid Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize paid media programs for our B2B audience. The role will drive strategy, create campaign assets, collaborate with teams, and execute and optimize paid acquisition across digital channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within B2B, digital health, and the broader healthcare ecosystem
- Platform mastery in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Data-driven decision making and understanding of LTV and multi-touch attribution
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Mission-oriented and passionate about expanding access to women's and children's healthcare
