Requirements
- 8 years of work experience as a cook
- Ready to take a step up to Sous Chef or already work as a Sous Chef
- Taste-conscious, creative, and innovative
- Structured, which means you are good at organizing and planning your work, completing what you started, and are clear in your communication
- Taste-conscious, consistent, quality-conscious, and meticulous
- Can handle many balls in the air, are constructive, and maintain a good mood even when it's most challenging
- Confident in yourself and have the courage to speak up, have the ability to distinguish between fact and person
- Easy to lead yourself and others
