Job Description
Postman is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to partner closely with Customer Success Managers and build solutions for complex technical challenges. This role focuses on translating business objectives into actionable implementation steps, building reusable assets like technical guides, and capturing customer feedback to inform product roadmap discussions. Postman is a privately held company with a mission to simplify API lifecycle for developers and professionals globally.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in a technical customer-facing role
- Portfolio of 'built things' (Software engineering experience)
- Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering (degree or equivalent experience)
- Experience with JavaScript and related technologies
- Understanding of APIs and DevOps practices
- Ability to scope ambiguous problems and deliver working solutions quickly
