Strategic Account Director, Bengaluru

Postman is seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead growth within a set of their most important enterprise accounts. The role involves partnering with a pod to build long-term, value-based relationships with senior technology leaders, driving adoption of Postman's enterprise and platform solutions at scale, and expanding existing usage into enterprise-wide value.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience
• Experience selling technical and platform products
• Demonstrated success in solution selling
• History of working long cycles and successfully growing accounts over time
• Ability to navigate large, complex organizations with thousands of users and multiple stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with technical teams
• Deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas
• Curiosity and fluency in emerging technologies
• Strong executive presence, relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence at the C-suite level
