The Administrator is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and directing administrative services, including supervising staff, managing office supplies, and supporting executive staff.
Requirements
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Department and staff members
- Provide administrative support to the executive staff, business leaders, and other senior members
- Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution
