The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer oversees talent acquisition and recruitment of top talent to meet the Company's staffing needs and strategic objectives. They develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, policies, and initiatives, and supervise talent acquisition professionals.
Requirements
- Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes
- Compile interview questions and conduct in-person or video call interviews
- Review employment applications and background check reports
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events
- Represent the Company internally and externally at events
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- Develop hiring strategies and procedures
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Manage respective candidate pools
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
- Support the implementation of HSE initiatives
