Job Description
We improve life and we’re here to serve. We are seeking a Member Services Associate to provide the highest level of customer service to members, guests and prospects of the facility.
Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests and prospects
- Promote and sell memberships and ancillary services
- Schedule appointments via core business software
- Knowledge of opening and closing procedures and financial policies
- Enroll members via contract and provide member handbook
- Effective radio communication with departments
- Maintain high satisfaction metrics
- Work 5 shifts per month and stand for length of shift
- Perform other duties as assigned
