Member Services Associate

We improve life and we’re here to serve. Power Wellness serves hospitals, healthcare systems, universities and community colleges with varying portfolios. The Member Services Associate provides the highest level of customer service to members, guests and prospects of the facility, as well as, membership information, enrollment procedures, ongoing customer satisfaction and membership recruitment and retention.

Requirements

• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, guests and prospects of the facility
• Membership information, enrollment procedures, ongoing customer satisfaction and membership recruitment and retention
• Effective radio communication with all departments as needed
• Maintain an average of 5 working shifts per month to ensure ability to perform job
• Stand for length of shift (generally 3-6 hours at a time)
