Powerhouse Arts is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, including programming, fabrication services, and broader operational needs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, enjoys wearing many hats, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while tackling both large and small challenges.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, events or administrative coordination roles; non-profit or arts experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Experience with events planning, management and interacting with the public is preferred
- Experienced with carpentry, fabrication or planning of hands-on projects is a plus
- Experience in logistics or in an institutional setting supporting environmental or facilities operations is a plus
