Job Description
The Metallurgy Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Operators working on Wire Drawing and Stranding Machines. They ensure that output meets quality standards, supervise team members, and coordinate with Maintenance personnel during machinery breakdowns.
Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in Senior Operator role, particularly in Wire Drawing and Stranding Machines
- Certification from Industrial Training Institutes after Secondary School or Pre-degree
- Operational knowledge of Wire drawing and stranding machines
