Job Description
This role is responsible for the efficient management of all available resources for the manufacturing of single-conductor and multi-conductor electromechanical cables. The Production Supervisor must exhibit WireCo Business System (WBS) behaviors and collaborate with various departments to achieve KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Understanding of basic statistical tools
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of basic problem analysis tools (Pareto, 8D, 5 Whys, etc.)
- Basic English proficiency, mainly reading and writing
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools
