Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure the safety of personnel in the operation, achieve daily/weekly/monthly objectives, and supervise operational staff and the mechanical cable manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Industrial Engineer or related field
- 6 years of experience in related companies or field
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Ability to create accountability and lead by example
- Knowledge of an MRP system
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (SMED, 5S, TPM, etc.)
- Experience interacting with labor unions
