Job Description
pplwise supports leading tech companies in Europe in growth phases with Recruiting as a Service and Executive Search. This role involves independent recruiting, stakeholder management, forecasting, and pipeline development within a remote, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and committed to providing excellent support to startups.
Requirements
- Support scaling processes in various tech startups and/or scale-ups.
- Understand tech organizational challenges in growth phases.
- Make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent English (internal & international).
