The role involves independent recruitment, stakeholder management, forecasting, and pipeline development. Requirements
- Experience supporting scaling processes in tech startups/scale-ups
- Understanding of tech organizational structures and hiring Manager involvement
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills (fluent English)
- Fluency in German
