We are seeking a People Partner to join our established People Team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role involves business partnering, talent management, employee experience, and ED&I and wellbeing initiatives.
Requirements
- Develop meaningful relationships with leaders and managers
- Drive talent and performance management
- Coach managers to embed our Values and Leadership Charter
- Create and deliver training on people-related topics
- Contribute to workforce planning and organisational design conversations
- Support ED&I and wellbeing initiatives
- Provide insight into employee experience and utilise key HR metrics and data
- Facilitate engagement survey actions
- Coach and support People Advisors with ER cases and partnering conversations
- Manage more complex or sensitive ER cases
- Support with updating and communicating of people policies and processes
