Job Description
Provide hardware and software support to end users, including training and problem-solving assistance. Maintain the day-to-day functionality and integrity of workstation hardware and the associated peripherals. Support Enterprise software packages to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED required
- Six months of IT desktop support experience including Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite required
- Must qualify for a "Key" Tribal Gaming License
- Must be age 21 or older
