Job Description
The Director of Nursing Research & Associate/Full Professor will lead the implementation of the curriculum, provide leadership and supervision, and promote a functional teaching environment. They will also develop initiatives to stimulate and support a culture of research and scholarship within the College of Nursing.
Requirements
- Eligible for licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Texas
- Earned research doctorate in nursing
- Tenured appointment at the associate or full professor academic rank
- Minimum of 7-10 years of teaching experience at the baccalaureate level or higher
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in program development, curriculum development and evaluation
- Service and leadership in nursing and health-related organizations and associations
