Requirements
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Prasek’s standards.
- Chop, shred, and otherwise prepare raw ingredients.
- Properly warm, cool and store food.
- Follow guidelines for storage and rotation.
- Assist with restocking.
- Retrieve items from storage.
- Prepare product for catering.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
