We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Community Manager to oversee leasing operations at our affordable housing community governed by HUD/Section 8 regulations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years previous property management experience in the affordable housing industry– REQUIRED
- 2 + years' experience in HUD/Section 8 compliance, certification and recertification
- Excellent and premiere customer service orientation
- Accounts receivable and collections experience
