Assistant Community Manager (Affordable Housing)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Community Manager to oversee leasing operations at our affordable housing community governed by HUD/Section 8 regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years previous property management experience in the affordable housing industry
• 2 + years' experience in HUD/Section 8 compliance, certification and recertification
• Certification related to HUD/Section 8 or compliance, such as TCS or COS
• Excellent and premiere customer service orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accounts receivable and collections experience
