Director, Sales Operations & Commercial Insights role to accelerate commercial performance across the enterprise, partnering closely with Commercial, Business Group, and Practice Area leadership to translate strategy into execution through rigorous forecasting, pipeline management, analytics, and enabling technology.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Strategy, or Management Consulting
- Deep Salesforce expertise, including reporting, dashboards, process optimization, and data governance
- Proven experience improving forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
- Experience leading selection and implementation of sales or commercial enabling technologies
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
