Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, packaging, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ B2B account management experience—ideally serving large Director packaging customers.
• Demonstrated success in building and expanding strategic customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional initiatives.
