Job Description
We are seeking an Account Executive to retain, build, and strengthen client relationships for our SaaS platforms across healthcare, education, financial services, and other B2B industries. The ideal candidate excels in B2B client-facing support, inside sales with a basic level of content creation capabilities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role (account management, inside sales, or customer success), preferably in a B2B SaaS or digital services environment
- Strong presentation skills with experience leading demos or client-facing discussions
- Highly organized with strong project management and follow-through
- Very friendly, welcoming and professional demeanor
- Experience with writing and creating presales content
- Experience as a web site content author making up dates
