Prime Medicine is seeking a Director, People and Culture Business Partner to join its team in Cambridge and Watertown, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the company's culture and values, driving talent strategy, and partnering strategically with the business to drive organizational effectiveness. The role requires a passion for people-first HR, significant HRBP experience, and a deep understanding of the biotechnology industry.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant HRBP experience supporting managers and employees
• Deep experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
• Startup mentality with an operator's mindset
• Strong business acumen and executive presence
• High tolerance for ambiguity, a bias toward action, and a track record of driving measurable outcomes
