Supervise and coordinate activities related to flight, passenger, or cargo attention, ensuring correct documentation, customer service, operational process compliance, and punctual and safe flight departure.

Requirements

• Coordinate traffic operation in each flight (check-in, boarding, cargo/documentation).
• Supervise staff at check-in desks, boarding areas or cargo areas, ensuring procedure compliance and customer service.
• Verify compliance with document requirements (passengers, cargo, airway bills, manifests, etc.).
• Maintain constant contact with the airline, dispatch, ramp, and other operational areas to coordinate activities.
• Manage special situations: passengers with special needs, overbooking, delays, prohibited items, hazardous goods, etc.
• Track service incidents and operational irregularity reports.
• Implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction or logistical operator satisfaction.
• Train and track performance of traffic staff.
• Apply AVSEC policies, security regulations, and emergency protocols according to airport regulations.
