Supervise and coordinate activities related to flight, passenger, or cargo attention, ensuring correct documentation, customer service, operational process compliance, and timely and safe flight departure.

Requirements

• Coordinated flight traffic operation (check-in, boarding, cargo/luggage documentation)
• Supervise staff at check-in counters, boarding areas or cargo areas, ensuring compliance with procedures and customer service
• Verify compliance with documentary requirements (passengers, cargo, airway bills, manifests, etc.)
• Ensure that the flight's operational information (departure time, number of passengers, luggage, cargo, etc.) is complete and accurate
• Maintain constant contact with the airline, dispatch, ramp, and other operational areas to coordinate activities
• Handle special situations: passengers with special needs, overbooking, delays, prohibited items, hazardous goods, etc.
• Follow up on service incidents and reports of operational irregularities
• Implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction or logistics operator satisfaction
• Train and monitor the performance of the traffic personnel
• Apply AVSEC policies, security regulations, and emergency protocols according to airport regulations
