Job Description
Supervise and coordinate activities related to flight, passenger, or cargo handling, ensuring correct documentation, customer service, compliance with operational processes, and on-time and safe departure of each flight.
Requirements
- Coordinate air traffic operation on each flight
- Supervise staff at check-in counters, boarding gates, or cargo areas
- Verify compliance with documentary requirements
- Ensure that flight operational information is complete and accurate
- Maintain constant contact with the airline, dispatch, ramp, and other operational areas
- Handle special situations
- Follow up on service incidents and reports of operational irregularities
- Implement process improvements
- Train and monitor the performance of air traffic personnel
- Apply AVSEC policies, safety regulations, and emergency protocols
