Job Description
Supervise and coordinate activities related to flight, passenger, or cargo service, ensuring accurate documentation, customer service, operational process compliance, and on-time and safe flight departure.
Requirements
- Coordinate air traffic operation for each flight
- Supervise staff at check-in counters, boarding areas or cargo areas
- Verify compliance with documentary requirements
- Maintain constant contact with the airline, dispatch, ramp, and other operational areas
- Handle special situations: passengers with special needs, overbooking, delays, prohibited items, hazardous goods, etc.
- Monitor service incidents and reports of operational irregularities
- Implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction or logistics operator
- Train and follow up on the performance of air traffic staff
- Apply AVSEC policies, security regulations, and emergency protocols according to airport regulations
