We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in a newly created role. You will be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, balancing day-to-day HR operations with strategic people initiatives.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and practices
- Hands-on experience leading recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, HR operations, learning & development, engagement programs, and culture-building initiatives
