Shift Supervisor - Blown Films "B" Team

Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging, seeks a Shift Supervisor for its Blown Films department. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands-on supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Blown or cast extrusion experience preferred
• Continuous process experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage change and multiple objectives simultaneously
• Effective communication with associates at all levels
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
• Knowledge of a manufacturing ERP system is preferred
• Excellent work history and attendance record
