Customer Success Specialist with Coffee Experience responsible for leading customer journey, team leadership, and process improvement in a fast-growing ecommerce and wholesale distributor of commercial and home espresso equipment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing operations, customer success, or similar roles
- At least 2 years of team leadership experience
- Strong experience in e-commerce operations
- Working knowledge of Shopify or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the specialty coffee industry or with professional coffee equipment (plus)
- Strong interest in the coffee industry (highly valued)
