Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service. Acting as a shift lead, this role involves supervising employees, assisting with inventory management, merchandising, and enforcing store policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in grocery, retail or department management
• Strong ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Leadership abilities
• Knowledge of store operations including, but not limited to, stocking, cash handling, customer service, and merchandising
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve customer and employee issues
• Detail-oriented with the ability to enforce store policies and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Comfortable using technology for reporting, attendance, inventory tracking and general communication
