Operations Manager

Probe Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and inspire team leaders and team members to improve and exceed campaign key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly operating cadence, partnering with Afterpay, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Solid leadership and impeccable organizational and decision-making skills
• Excellent level of both oral and written communication skills
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Basic IT skills and other pertinent call centre communication and operational tools
