Job Description
We’re looking for a hungry and driven recruiter who wants to build their career as an operator. This is a rare chance to join Probook at the ground floor and help us assemble one of the most talent-dense teams in New York City.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sourcing experience with a proven track record of recruiting for top early-stage startups.
- Prior agency experience or direct startup experience in sourcing/recruiting.
- Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by building in a fast-paced environment.
- Grit - willing to work 9-9-5
