Founding Technical Recruiter (Hybrid)

Probook is hiring a Founding Technical Recruiter to help define the company's talent density. The role involves end-to-end ownership of technical searches, outbound sourcing, and recruiting operations. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, a proven track record of closing hires per month, and deep experience with high-volume outbound sourcing.

Requirements

• NYC-Based: Excited to work in-office 3+ days/week in our high-collaboration culture.
• 3 - 5 years of technical recruiting experience at a Series A to C startup or a high-bar recruitment agency.
• Proven track record of closing 2 to 3 engineering hires per month in a high-volume, high-bar environment.
• Deep experience with high-volume outbound sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and community channels.
• Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms and a track record of keeping pipeline data clean and current.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously without losing quality or speed.
