Job Description
Procare Solutions is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to proactively manage a dedicated portfolio of customers, building strong relationships and driving product adoption to improve key financial metrics. The ideal candidate has 1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the SaaS industry, and is proficient in using Procare Solutions products.
